- Organisations declare a data region (EU or US) at signup; it drives where runs execute and where evidence is stored.
- Execution sandboxes and the evidence bucket for EU organisations are deployed in an EU AWS region.
- Evidence never leaves the declared region except as hashes published in attestations.
